We want you to love your MADLADY pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Register Your Return

Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

Get Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
